Generally, the mic does not work when the app’s setting is wrong. Therefore, you need to authorize the mic to be used to respect your privacy.
To use the Mic, you need to accept permission to use the mic when you launch the app for the first time. It happens that for security purposes, the permissions are blocked.
On your computer, you need to use chrome and look into the navbar for the info icon where you can set up Ninchanese permissions.
On your Android phone, you need to go to the setting on your phone, look for applications, and then Ninchanese. On that screen, you should see the permissions. Please check to see if the Mic is not blocked.
