Using Ninchanese

If you would like to request that we delete any data we have collected about you, please contact us at hello@ninchanese.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe and confirm when the deletion has been completed.

To remove your account on Ninchanese, you simply need to contact us. To write to us, you can :

• Send us an email  telling us you’d like to delete your account on Ninchanese. We’d love it if you could also tell us what made you want to delete your account, so we can improve your experience and all our users. We’ll answer you shortly.

• Get in touch with us directly on the app. To do so:

1. Once logged in, click on your profile picture in the top right of the menu
2. Select Help
3. Click Send a new message
4. Tell us you want to delete your account and if possible, what made you decide that. We’d really appreciate it.
5. Hit Submit. We’ll answer you shortly and comply with your request.
